How long can I get an answer after submitting my question on FAQ?
I have not found the answer to my question, so I submit the question through the FAQ system. When can I receive an answer from the library?

However, FAQ is not an online chat. If you need to know the answer immediately, we suggest you to contact the library directly:

- By Email: you can email us at any time for information and advice.
