First, if you search for a specific article, please search the article title in the Library Search to check if the library has access to this article.

If you are looking for access to a specific database or library subscripted services, please make sure it is in the A-Z Database list, or you can check the specific journal availability through Library Journal Search.

The library’s databases are mostly IP-configured, so you can download the resources without logging in, unless otherwise specified.

Second, check if you are on the campus network and do not connect to any VPN.

(If you use the off-campus network, please refer to Connect from Off Campus.)

Third, if you still cannot download the article directly, it's possible that the library hasn't purchased the relevant resources or the latest articles haven't been included yet (Why I cannot find the specific article in library's purchased database?). Please use our Inter-Library Loan service under normal circumstances or Purchase Request Service if needed.

You can use our Consultation Service if you have other queries regarding library resources.
