  • General Returns: All borrowed library materials (except Course Reserve materials, Kindle, DVDs & CDs) can be returned via the Book Drop Box at the University Library.

    • If you drop items in the Book Drop Box but do not receive a Return Confirmation, please be patient. Library staff will double-check and process unreturned items the next business day.

    • Please contact the library within three business days if you do not receive a confirmation email for the successful return on the second business day after the book return.

    • Please note that we will NOT accept any appeals filed three days after the claimed return date.

  • Kindle and DVD & CD Returns: Please return Kindle, DVDs, and CDs at the Service Desk/Ask Us on the 2nd Floor, University Library during office hours (Mon–Fri: 8:30–12:00 & 13:30–17:30).

  • Course Reserve Returns: Course Reserve materials should be returned directly to Room 213 before the due time.

  • Manual Return Option: All borrowed items can be manually returned at the Service Desk during office hours.

  • Special Note for Departure, Suspension or Graduation Procedures: If you are leaving the university, suspending studies, or graduating, please return all items manually at the 2nd Floor Service DeskDo not use the Book Drop Box for these cases.
