No, you cannot install the software on the computers in the library by yourself. 

 

However, you can access the following software using VAPP through any device within campus including library computers. Please refer to the instructions for details.

You can also download the MATLAB installation package from ITSO Sharepoint to install it on your personal laptop by following this guide.
