If you cannot print on your personal laptop, you may solve it by the following methods:

  • You have not yet installed the driver.

A: You can print via e-printing platform directly, or you can download and install the print driver on your laptop (Click HERE for MacOS X 10.6 ~ 10.15; click HERE for XP/WIN7/WIN8/WIN10).

  • Your installation has been failed.

A: The most common reason is the anti-virus software (e.g. Tencent computer housekeeper, 360, etc.).

To solve the problem, you may:

  1. Ensure you have administrator privileges on your computer;
  2. Right-click the installation package and select "run as an administrator" instead of double-clicking the package;
  3. Disable anti-virus software before installation. You may need to restart your computer after disabling.
  • The printer icon turns to grey that you cannot click on it.

A: This may also be due to the anti-virus software. You may resolve this issue by

  1. Clicking "SysPrint-management platform for cloud printing;"
  2. Clicking "printer client;"
  3. Clicking "Antivirus mistakenly deleted repair."
