What can I do if I have a problem with the printer?
I was printing my essay, but the machine suddenly stopped working. What can I do?
Answer
You can try to:
- Close the front or side cover of the equipment, or
- Check the network connection of your laptop/computer and see if it is well connected to the school network, or
- Turn off/on the printer at the first time.
