How is the furniture and equipment arranged in the Training Room? What should I do if I need a specific arrangement or additional tables and chairs?

Furniture Arrangement in the Rooms:

  • Room 209:

- 60 folding chairs arranged in 6 rows of 10 chairs each.

- Additionally, there are 16 Type 1 wooden tables (160*50*76cm).

 

  • Room 309:

- 40 folding chairs.

- 20 Type 2 wooden tables (120*50*76cm) arranged in 5 rows of 4 tables each, with 2 chairs per table.

- 4 spare folding chairs.

- 2 additional Type 2 wooden tables (120*50*76cm).

 

The allocation of spare tables and chairs will be adjusted according to the needs within the library, and the actual quantity will be based on the on-site availability.

Important Note: If you have reserved the venue, you can set it up as you wish. However, please do not block the main area with any extra tables and chairs. You can put them along the walls or at the back of the room. When you are done, please return the furniture to its original place as shown in the picture above.
