Currently, this type of room is only open for student group reservations. The specific procedure is as follows:
Method 1: To reserve a room, students can contact the staff in charge of the activity or the student group they are affiliated with. The staff will then book the room on their behalf and grant them access by adding them as a “group member” in the system. Students can use their cards to enter the room once they have been added.
Method 2: To reserve a room, students can submit the Online reservation for Training Room directly to the library at least three days in advance. Students will receive an email notification once their request is approved.
Instructions for Use:
- For details on the furniture and equipment inside the room, please refer to the "How is the furniture and equipment arranged in the Training Room? What should I do if I need a specific arrangement or additional tables and chairs?".
- The allocation of spare tables and chairs will be adjusted according to the needs within the library, and the actual quantity will be based on the on-site availability.
Important Note:
- If you have reserved the venue, you can set it up as you wish. However, please do not block the main area with any extra tables and chairs. You can put them along the walls or at the back of the room.

When you are done, please return the furniture to its original place as shown in the picture above. Failure to do so may have consequences for future booking applications.
