I am a student, can I use the Outdoor Interactive Space / Rm119? How can I make a reservation?

Answer

Currently, this type of room is open for student group reservations. The specific procedure is as follows:

 

Method 1: Students can make online appointments through the designated activity/affiliated department teacher. Once the teacher has made a booking, the student's card can be used to access the room by adding the student as a "group member" in the system. 

 

Method 2: At least 3 days before the start of the intended usage time, the student should fill out the Online Reservation for Interactive Multimedia Lab (Rm119) or the Online Reservation for Outdoor Interactive Space. Once the application is approved, the reservation outcome will be emailed to you.

 

Instructions for Use

  • For details on the furniture and equipment inside the room, please refer to the Web page: Interactive Space.
  • The allocation of spare tables and chairs will be adjusted according to the needs within the library, and the actual quantity will be based on the on-site availability.

Important Note: 

  • If you have reserved the venue, you can set it up as you wish. However, please do not block the main area with any extra tables and chairs. You can put them along the walls or at the back of the room.
  • When you are done, please return the furniture to its original place as shown in the picture above. Failure to do so may have consequences for future booking applications.
