How do I report the loss or theft of my library book? What are the charges?

You can report your loss or theft to the Service Desk/Ask Us on 2F-University Library during Office Hours (Mon - Fri @ 8:30 - 12:00 & 13:30 - 17:30).
The charges of a lost book include:
Replacement fee: varies from books to books
Process fee: 50.00RMB
NOTE
The Library does not accept self-purchased replacements for lost books.
