I am not able to log in on the library's computer.

Answer

If you cannot log in on library's computer, it may be due to:

  1. Internet is disconnected.
    • Solution: restart the system by clicking on the Apple Icon located on the left corner of the screen, and selecting "Restart."
    • Note: if you restart the system by pressing on the power button, the system may require an admin account to login. In this case, restart the system again by clicking the "Restart" option on the login screen.
  2. Your campus account is frozen.
    • Solution: in this case, you need to contact ITSO immediately.

If the above solutions still do not work, contact us directly at Service Desk/Ask Us on 2F - University Library during Office Hours (Mon - Fri @ 8:30 - 12:00 & 13:30 - 17:30) or via Email.
