I have returned my book but not received the return confirmation letter, what should I do?

There are chances that you drop the loaned items into the bookdrop but not receive the Return Confirmation. Please be patient, as library staff will double check all items in bookdrop, and process the unreturned ones for you on the next business day.

• Please contact the library within three business days if you do not receive a confirmation email for the successful return on the second business day after the book return.
• Please note that we will NOT accept any appeals filed three days after the claimed return date.
