Why can't I access the database / journal purchased by the library?

Firstly, please check if you are on the campus network and do not connect to any personal VPN.
(If you are using the off-campus network, please refer to Connect from Off Campus.)
Secondly, please clear your browser cache and retry if you still cannot access the database/journal after switching to the campus network.
If neither of the above two methods works, it's possible that the article/ebook has not been purchased by the library. Please use our Interlibrary Loan Services for the resources.
