What if I cannot be there for the scheduled reservation?
I have booked a group study room for the period of Monday 2PM-3PM, but I missed the bus so I can't be there on time. What will happen to my booking record?
Answer
All registered team members shall check in on-site within ten minutes after the reservation starts. If any registered team member fails to swipe their card, the team leader will be recorded as defaulting. If there are three default records, the user will have their access privileges restricted for one month. Read the Study Room Regulations for further details.
